MiniTown insist on complete customer satisfaction. You may return any goods to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

If we have let you down in any way please do let us know so that we can investigate and solve any problems quickly.

All returns must be accompanied with a note of your Order Number so that we can correctly identify your purchase.

MiniTown sends all items by Royal Mail to anywhere in the UK and most of Europe at a flat fee of £3.95 per order. If you would like items sent anywhere else in the world we are more than happy to help, but please mail before you order so we can confirm postage costs for you.

We're committed to minimising the impact we have on the environment and, therefore, where possible, we recycle packaging materials.

All goods leave our premises in brand new condition with all original labelling and packaging. We do not resend seconds or returned goods to customers. All returns received by us are forwarded to our manufacturers for replacement.
